Australia-wide delivery

The Gay Farmer’s Vodka delivers to eligible addresses throughout Australia.

Available delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout before payment.

We do not deliver to locations where the sale or delivery of alcohol is prohibited, including declared dry zones and restricted areas.

Processing and dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Processing may take longer during promotional periods, public holidays and other periods of high demand.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been collected by the delivery provider.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times shown at checkout or provided by the delivery carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by your location, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Alcohol delivery requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol from The Gay Farmer’s Vodka.

Alcohol deliveries must be accepted in accordance with applicable liquor laws and the delivery provider’s responsible delivery procedures.

The person accepting the delivery may be required to provide acceptable proof of age. Delivery may be refused if:

Suitable proof of age cannot be provided
The recipient is under 18
The recipient appears intoxicated
The driver believes completing the delivery would be unlawful or unsafe

Alcohol will not be left unattended where doing so is prohibited by law or the delivery provider’s responsible delivery procedures.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate and that an eligible adult is available to receive the order where required.

Missed and unsuccessful deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection from an approved location.

Additional charges may apply where an order must be redelivered because:

An incorrect or incomplete address was provided
No eligible recipient was available
Suitable proof of age was not provided
Delivery was refused for a reason attributable to the customer

Damaged or missing orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order is damaged, leaking, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thegayfarmersvodka.com.au.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Keep the products and packaging until we have reviewed the issue and advised you what to do next.

Delivery promotions

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted delivery promotions.

Promotions may be subject to minimum-order values, eligible delivery areas, product exclusions, expiry dates or other conditions. Any applicable conditions will be displayed with the promotion.
